Our Bethlehem doors are closed, BUT we are still open for business !

We are closed on Sundays except to deliver funeral flowers.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and due to seasonal availability. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Because we receive fresh flower deliveries daily from our wholesalers we can usually accomodate your request.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $12.95 will be added to each order, for each address. Sunday funeral home deliveries will be charged $18.00.

We deliver between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm  (EXCEPT ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS! We will be out until all deliveries are made). We will use our best judgment if the recipient is not home and leave the flowers at the address in a protected location, or with a close neighbor or return at a later time.

U.S. orders must be received before 12 (NOON). in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.

To help assure on-time delivery for funerals, please place all orders WELL in advance (2-3 days prior to the service).
During the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 1 week prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Deliveries to the workplace require the recipient's work hours, please.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays except to funeral homes. Deliveries for other occasions requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses require a recipients telephone number and cannot be guaranteed for same day delivery.

ANONYMOUS ORDERS -  We will deliver orders without a signature on the enclosure card but if the recipient contacts us we are obligated to inform them who sent the order. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
